Bryce's birthday party

How much fun is turning 2? LOTS!

How much fun is planning a party for a 2 year old? Well...it is busy!

Our weekend started friday morning. I had to bake a cake and cupcakes, and clean the house. In the afternoon I picked up Holly to help me with the kids while I was getting the house ready, and to help me decorate the cupcakes!

Saturday we got ready for the fun. Decorated the house, picked up the balloons, and Bryce got to have a nap! Then the fun began!

We had 40 friends and family here to help us celebrate Bryce turning 2!

I had planned some indoor activities, because with a birthday in May- who knows what weather you will get. But, it was a beautiful day, and the kids also got to play outside on the slide. So, they played on the slide outside, they also decorated plastic hockey sticks, played "shoot the puck in the net" (like pin the tail on the donkey), and got tattoo's!

The kids, and also the adults enjoyed some hockey themed food- popcorn, licorice, chips, hot dogs, and nacho's and cheese. After all of that- we still had room for cake and cupcakes.

There was only one thing that happened at Bryce's party...

Ryan decided to "pie" me! (what are brothers for?!)

Bryce and I had our cake and ate some too!

I also want to thank my great friend Andrea for helping out at the party- she was my photographer and tattoo artist! Thanks so much!

Happy 2nd Birthday BRYCIE!!!!
