RIP glasses

I am all grown up, married, with kids, and more. But, believe it or not, I just bought myself my first pair of adult glasses. I mean, technically I was an adult when I got my last pair of glasses, BUT, my mom bought them. Yes, I have had this pair of glasses for over 10 years! I just kept getting the lenses changed! That pair of glasses saw me through Collage, many moves, getting married, and saying hello to my wonderful children. They also saw me through leukemia. They have been my just in case, ever since I got my contacts- 5 years ago! They were a good pair of glasses, but, the one arm was broken, the nose clips were crazy glued into place, and the one lens fell out all the time! So, it was time.

I went and purchased my glasses last night, alone, and I might say, it was nice. I was able to try on a few pairs, and absolutely fell in love with these ones!
