A year in pictures

Well, here it is, March 2! WOW- I have no idea where this year is going! Today, I decided I would take pictures of the kids! They are usually having a good day, look decent etc when I decide to do this, then, I don't know what happens!

I asked Danika to look at the camera for her picture, and this is what I got...

She is always Dancing!

Then I called her name when she wasn't looking and got this...

So, this is her! She is 4 years and 8 months old. Right now, she is really into making up her own words, and trying to get others in trouble (seriously, she whispers to the boys- things to do that she knows they are not allowed to do, but the thing is, they listen!). This month she told me that she wants to be everything when she grows up, that there are so many things, and she can't decide on one, so she will be everything! She has always wanted a cat and a bunny, so we have told her when she is 21 (just to go with a safe number!), this month though, she wants a Sea Horse tank. And keeps telling us that she has to make invitations for her "twenty one birthday" and ask people for Sea Horse stuff. She is constantly asking us what she will need!

And then there is Bryce! He is 34 months old, and yes, in this picture he is on the toilet! He had just woken up from his nap (he takes them occasionally and today was one of those days), when he got up, he was grumpy, and I was meaning to take these pictures, so I figured why not! Then I will show him what happened when he was grumpy! HAHA!!

So, yeah, he is doing really good at potty training, and has even told us a few times this week when he has to go! (He has told us for awhile when he has to poop, but this week he told us when he has to pee!). He has also become very independent, putting on his underwear, pants, and coat himself (and trying everything else!). He is also getting good at his letters, recognizing them and writing them!
