Light the Night Reminder

There are 46 days left until the light the night walk in Calgary this year.

Our Team- Brianne's Brigade is hoping to raise $2000, and really hoping to go over that amount. We are at $1771. We only need $229 more to reach our goal.

I am writing this to remind everyone of what you can do to help us help Leukemia and Lymphoma. There are a few ways to do this.

1) You can register to walk with us. It doesn't cost anything to join the walk, but if you could fundraise too, that would be GREAT. You can follow the link and join our team. It will give you a personal link to send to your friends, family, co-workers etc to start your own fundraising with the team.

If you are not sure if you can make the walk yet, you can still sign up and fundraise.

2) You can donate, or send out my link to your friends, family and co-workers and ask them to donate to a good cause. You can go to this link to sponsor me in my 5K walk for Leukemia and Lymphoma

3) If you are not sure if you can make the walk, but want to fundraise for this great cause. Please go to the link in the first option and sign up. If you can't make it that is fine. If you collect cash donations, I can take them in for you- just be sure to get them to my before the end of September. Your friends, family and co-workers can donate online as well.

4) I am going to be getting some bracelets (those rubber ones), and maybe some teddy bears that I can give out for fundraising. I have sent some information to the light the night office to see about this. So, more information will follow with this option

I will be getting in contact with everyone who signs up on our team in the middle of September. I am planning on having a pre-walk BBQ in the afternoon, before the walk- EVERYONE who joins our team is welcome to join us.
