WAITING!!!

The wait is killing me. Anyone else? Brett is so calm, the wait isn't bothering him at all. There is still 18 days until we find out if the baby is a boy or a girl. Maybe he is so calm because he is over 100% sure that the baby is a boy. I am sure he would just buy all the boy stuff and not worry about it now! I can't wait to buy that first outfit- but don't know if it should be a little dress, or a cute boy outfit. You can bet by dinner time on the 23rd I will have bought the first outfit. Now my nightmares have turned from going into labour at the stampede or the zoo, into the baby not cooperating, and we can't find out the sex! I have another plan if that happens though! It will cost money, and will be more waiting, but there are places that do private ultrasounds, and give us a video etc. They will keep trying every week until they can tell! Brett thinks I am crazy!
In other news- our puppy loses his manhood today. Brett dropped him off at the vet this morning. He will pick him up after work. I for one will be glad that those things are not coming home with him- and for the rest of you- we are hoping your legs and arms will be safe once again when you visit us! Fingers crossed!
We have a doctors appointment next wednesday- yes Valentines day! We will be 18 weeks on that day, hopefully the baby is in the right position for us to hear the heartbeat- but if not we wont worry!
