Happy Birthdays!

Just wanted to say Happy 25th Birthday to my Brother Ryan (I know, I still can't believe he made it this far!), and a happy half birthday to our niece (Ryans Daughter) Taylor- she will be 6 months old on her daddies Birthday!
My Grandpa said the other day, that he can't believe that she is only 6 months old- it is like she has always been around! He is right (what a wise man). I remember the day Ryan called and told me he was going to the hospital- my reply was "what did you do this time?", but then it clicked. Brett and I left for mexico the day after she was born, so we didn't see her until she was just over a week old. But we fell in love right away. And now I can't remember what my life was like with out her.
I guess that works with any baby that comes into your life. We can't remember our lives without our nephew either. Even though they have only been around for a short time- they made your life better, and it isn't even worth trying to remember what it was like without them sometimes! Maybe this is a hormonal moment- but I guess that is what life is like when you meet new people. I remember meeting my in laws like it was yesterday- I remember how nervous and shy I was, but I am so glad that they came into my life, that it feels like I grew up around them!
So maybe it is all new people that mean something to your life, that you can't remember what life is like without them.
I am stopping my pregnancy hormones now- everyone gets it- WE LOVE YOU ALL, and couldn't imagine our lives without you!
