A busy weekend

I wanted to take a minute and thank everyone who joined us during part of our busy weekend. This past Saturday, we had swimming lessons, a birthday party and then the light the night walk. I want to thank everyone who sponsored our team. As a team we raised $3641! GREAT JOB!

It was pretty chilly out, so we weren't sure how the walk was going to go. But it went amazing. It was actually nice once we started walking! The kids all had a good time playing with each other, and we all enjoyed visiting while we walked! Amazingly, we all stayed pretty much together this year! I got a couple pictures of the kids playing at the park. And waiting for our good friend Rick to send me what he took for pictures.

Sunday, Brett and I decided we needed a family day! It was actually nice out, so we decided that we would go to Calaway Park. The kids had a great time last weekend with all the Halloween stuff, so they wanted to show Daddy. Since this coming weekend will be another busy one, and it is also the last weekend that Calaway is open, we thought we should get one more day in. It was a Gorgeous day, and we all had a great time! Another busy weekend down, one more to go before we have a weekend with no plans!

 Brett won Bryce a basketball. Bryce LOVED watching him win, he was screaming and squealing even when he missed! 

 At the beginning of the summer, he was too small for the swings. Mid-summer he was so scared he cried. Now, look at the smile on his face!
