Family photo fun day

Saturday morning, I decided it would be a good day to go and do some family photos. So, we packed up the kids, and headed to Riley park. We let them know that we were going to do pictures in the garden area, then have a picnic lunch and then they could play in the pool.

We did end up getting some good shots, and the kids did co-operate for awhile. Then we headed over to the pool area for lunch. We had a sub, and some snacks. Bryce didn't really want to co-operate anymore, so we had told him he couldn't go in the pool until he ate his lunch. Danika was in and out of the pool with Brett and I, and finally I gave in and put Bryce's bathing suit on- mainly so both Brett and I could enjoy the pool as well. But, Bryce stood on the edge and cried. He was not happy (we later realized, that he isn't feeling good- I think it is his 2 year molars). Anyways- after the pool, we headed over to the park for some fun!

All in all it was a great day. I can't believe how much and how quickly they have grown. Just looking at pictures from Danika's birthday at the same park last year! Then looking at pictures we took there for her first birthday! WOW! Time does fly!
