15 days

Yep- that is right- in 15 days Bryce will be joining our family on the outside.

I had my doctors appointment today. He first told me that everything in the ultrasound looked really good. Bryce is on the big side for his "age" but that isn't a problem. When I asked if we were keeping the 14th as the date, he asked what I wanted to do. I told him that I have to have my mom come in to watch Danika- and she is waiting to book a flight- and that I don't want to go into labour early. (unless he wanted a 2 year old in the OR with us!). He told me that for a bottle of wine he would change the date- and I told him anything.

He measured Bryce- telling me that it didn't really matter what the tape measure said now. Listened to his heart beat- and then went to get his book. He came back and asked about the 7th. I told him that was a great day to do it. So we went to call the hospital to check and see if that would work for them. All they had was 1 on the 7th- which is when my dr starts his clinic for that day. So he begged them to get me in a bit earlier- because- his words "she can't go further than the 7th- she will explode". Thanks DR! But- it worked- he has booked me in for 12 (noon) on the 7th of May.

That now only gives us 15 days. We now have moms flight arranged, and will get the rest done before he gets here- at some point! We are getting so excited! Bryce's birthday will be 05-07-09!
