30th birthday

Brett had his 30th birthday Surprise party over the weekend. And although he says that he suspected something- all was a big hit!

Everyone was here on time, and Brett truly had the look of shock on his face to see all his friends and family here for him. He claimed he didn't want a party- but he should know me better- he got one, and he loved it!

We did a fish theme- and asked everyone to "donate" to his fish tank fund (instead of gifts, since he has everything he wants- besides some of his fish stuff- which he is picky on, so I couldn't tell people what to buy!). He was very fortunate and was able to place his order for his light bulbs yesterday- he was glowing (pun intended) when he got to order those.

We both want to thank everyone that made this day possible. From all the friends and family that came to celebrate this milestone with him. To everyone that helped out with the party planning, and everyone who brought items to help the party be a big success.

Thankfully he is male- and my 30th isn't for a year and a half- he will forget by then!!!
