Happy Mothers Day

Happy (belated) Mothers Day!

I had a wonderful first mothers day. Although the morning was a bit rough- it turned out to be a great day. We were in Edmonton- went to the pool the day before- which was great- Danika LOVED it. But the hotel was too hot without A/C and the A/C was too loud and right next to Danika so we couldn't have it on. So we woke up early! We all got ready- had breakfast, shopped for a bit. Then we played mini golf- I WON!!!! Then Brett bought me a aqua massage in the mall- those are great- I highly recommend them! Then we went to Devon to visit my cousins. I thought just 2 of them would be there, and I could meet Jessica's baby- but it turns out that all 3 cousins could make it- so that was really nice. We had a great visit- I am glad we could share our 1st mothers day together.

The drive back was long- but we had dinner waiting at Dad's house- complete with Garlic Toast! We got home late- but it was all worth it! What a great day!


Yesterday wasn't a good one- I was just in a bad mood! Today is better- we got some things sorted out- and they poured our driveway!!!!!!
