Have family- need more room...

Well we realized that once Danika was born we would need more room. So we bought this house. We love the house- and the space. But now that we are trying to have another baby- and know how much room they take up we realized that while we have space for 2 children in the house- it would be going out that would be a big problem. Our car barely holds Danika's stroller and a couple bags of groceries in the trunk. And if you were ever to ride in the back seat with her car seat in there- you would know there was no room. We also decided that to go see my mom in BC would cost about $900 to fly- until Danika is 2- then we have to pay for her too. So we need to drive- but didn't want to take the car- so what answer did we come up with???

We bought a TRUCK!!!

WE looked at Vans- neither of us wanted to drive a minivan (no offense to people who do- but we didn't want too). And we looked at SUVs- but there is still a space issue in the trunk area. Then we looked at trucks. With the double cab- we have more space in the back seat- plus the truck bed- which holds the stroller- and LOTS more.

We settled on a Toyota Tacoma. It is blue- and we love it. It is Automatic- and so much fun to drive. Danika's car seat is behind the passenger seat- and it is so easy to put her in and take her out- I love that! I don't have to get in- bumping my head- I just stand out side the truck and put her in. Once the new baby gets here- there will still be a ton of space in the back seat. I even went grocery shopping- with the stroller in the back- and there was still room after groceries were in there. I was so happy.

We don't have pictures yet- but once we will, we will get them on the photo website.

There is just one problem- now we are fighting over who gets to drive!
