Back to the grind

Well after having 2 weeks off (that flew by), I am back to work.

We had a great move- it was a bit crazy- but worth every minute! I was very excited to get to the house before Brett (him and Garrett were still loading the u-haul in strathmore) so I could see the appliances before him. He saw most of the progressions of the house before me, because he would stop on the way home from work. So last tuesday, Danika and I stopped by Cedarglen and go the keys. Then drove to the new house. We walked in, took our coats off, and went in the kitchen. To my surprise- there was NO Fridge, NO Stove, and No washer or drier. I did get on the phone to Cedarglen, and they were delivered Wednesday afternoon- but I was out with mom and Auntie Donna- so Brett got to see them first!

We are in now, and things are pretty much back to normal. We still have to organize the basement- but that will come after development, and Brett is working on Cleaning out the garage- so we can actually park the car in there. Our basement stuff gets delivered tomorrow- so hopefully by the end of March it is all done!

Today is also Danika's 7 month birthday! Can anyone believe she is 7 months already! We can't! We have already starting talking about her 1st birthday- and can't wait!
