Danika is 6 months old today- and time is flying by! We can't believe all the changes she has gone thru since she was born- and even just in the last couple of weeks and days. She is now very mobile- she doesn't want to sit still, but still does not crawl. She crawled to Brett on her back the other night- by digging her heals into the ground- looked painful! She is sitting on her own now- as long as we are behind her. She is eating EVERYTHING!!! She even tried a pickle (sucking on it) yesterday- and loved it! She it talking non stop- she mostly says AH Boo and AH Bra- we arent' sure what they mean- but she is trying! She is still sleeping thru the night- which is great. And starting to take less and longer naps during the day. She loves her Jumparoo, and loves to stand- which she is trying to do by herself. She is very interested in the cats- every move they make is being watched now!
In other news- we are busy packing- and figuring out what we will need for the next few weeks. Our Pod comes next weekend, and we are out of here on the 25th- and can't wait. They have done the tile floor in the new house- and just have a couple more things to do. The lights are getting there today, then they have to put the carpet in, baseboards, granite, toilets, and then appliances- and we are all done! We are so excited to be getting our dream house.
Well I hear the birthday girl playing in her crib- time to get up!
